Our Mission

Our mission is to empower young women by fostering self-confidence, leadership, and personal growth through a positive pageant experience. We aim to provide participants with opportunities to develop life skills, make meaningful relationships, and contribute to their communities. Our goal is to inspire all contestants to be their best selves, both on and off the stage.

Meet Our Team

Executive Director: Natasha Hirata

Natasha was raised on the beautiful island of Maui. She moved to Hawai'i Island in February of 2011 after meeting her now husband Christopher. She attended the University of Hawai'i, Hilo and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communication. Not new to the pageant scene, Natasha competed in and won several pageant titles. She even captured the crown of the first Miss Maui USA in 2014. After having her first son Tyler, Natasha opened Pretty Please Boutique.

Natasha's goal as director is to equip these young women with life-skills, build self-confidence, all while high-lighting their uniqueness, nurturing their passions, and contributing to their communities. "The idea is to grow into the best version of yourself while cultivating friendships that will last a life time, then you get to do a pageant."

Assistant Director: Bronson Nishimura

Bronson Nishimura was born and raised in Hilo, Hawaiʻi, and currently resides in Seattle, Washington. He is a flight attendant with Alaska Airlines, but when he’s not in the air, he’s behind the chair doing what he loves most—creating beautiful hair for his clients in Hilo and Honolulu. Bronson is passionate about helping people look good and feel great through his craft.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, trying new foods, relaxing on the beach, and staying active with a good workout. Bronson has also fallen in love with the world of pageantry for the confidence it builds and the strong community partnerships it creates. As an Assistant Director, he is proud to support contestants and titleholders, helping provide opportunities that empower them to grow and succeed.
